YouTuber Eli Q is apparently a big fan of The Joker, and posted this "movie" to the site. According to the description, after being cured and released from Arkham Asylum, Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix) makes his way to Gotham City, but soon caught in a gang war between two criminal masterminds (Heath Ledger & Jared Leto) who have taken the identity of the "Joker".
