Girls’ night in … Staying in is officially the new girls’ night out. A new survey of women 21 and older found that hanging at home with your besties (46%) now beats getting dressed up to go out (33%). And comfy is the vibe — with 86% of respondents saying the “cozy factor” is important to them and 40% saying it’s “very important.”
With Galentine’s Day coming up, the survey found that good conversation, comfy clothes, and good food and drinks are key. Some of the top Galentines’ Day activities include cheese and wine tasting (32%), watching movies (45%), and playing games (40%). Girls’ nights are more than just fun, too — a third of women say they’re essential for their mental health.
