Madonna is not happy with producers who advised her to cancel the creation of her upcoming biopic.

The "Material Girl" star voiced her opinion in a lengthy post shared to Instagram on Monday (November 18), revealing that multiple producers told her she couldn't make the film and that she needed to downsize and "think smaller."

Madonna, never one to shy away from a challenge, plans to move full speed ahead with the project she's already devoted four years to, despite critique.

"I realized that everything in my life is going to be challenged. No easy rides for me. I guess I should be grateful.. It forces me to think outside the box. I did not have a normal life. I cannot make this in the normal way."

The songstress unveiled that time with her creative friends restored faith in her ideas aside a series of photos with people who inspire her most.

"Spending time with my creative friends was just the fuel I needed to keep going! We all agreed that we need to be even more fearless!!! Art =Survival. We cannot shrink and make ourselves smaller. If you want something badly enough in life— the whole universe will conspire to help you get it."

Madonna concluded her message by assuring that the biopic will happen, asking followers if she should tell the story of her life in a film or series.
