A Virginia man was tired of kids trashing his lawn while waiting for the school bus. So he came up with what he though was a brilliant solution .. An electric fence... Imagine the kids' parents' reaction. He claimed he had tried with other ideas like signs posted in the area asking kids not to throw garbage but that did not work. The city made it removed the electric fence because it was on county's property not his own land...
He still defends his idea... What do you think, was it too extreme?
