There's Going To be A Lunar Eclipse Tomorrow Morning

January has been a big deal month for skywatchers, featuring 2 full moons (Blue Moon) a supermoon and an eclipse!

Supermoons happen when the moon is full when it is in its closest approach to Earth.   In this case, the supermoon also happens to be the day of the lunar eclipse.

The eclipse will happen in the western sky as you head off to work.  It'll reach totality right about when it sets at dawn.

Here's the timetable for Des Moines
