This happened last summer, but the video is out now. Three fishermen in Oregon had to jump off their boat seconds before a huge speedboat crashed into them. They tried waving their arms and screaming but the driver didn't see them.
One of the fishermen is suing the speedboat driver claiming he was distracted by his phone.
