American Airlines' scheduling software accidentally gave time off for the holidays to EVERY pilot who asked for it. So now there are 15,000 flights that don't have anyone to fly them. And they'll need to negotiate with the pilots' union to figure out how much money it'd take to get some of them to cancel their vacations to work.
And there's now an opening in the airline's crew scheduling office.
