Chris Hemsworth thinks that Charlize Theron should play James Bond.
He says she embodies the strength, nobility, and dignity of the role.
She was flattered by his praise.
The way Hemsworth sees it, Theron “embodies every sort of ounce of strength and nobility and dignity, and integrity that the character should have.” As if that weren’t enough, he says, “She’s smart as hell. She’s physically able…[and] watching her in those fight scenes, doing it in high heels, by the way, and an eight-foot long gown was even more impressive.” When the Oscar winner heard what Chris said, she responded with, “Wow. That’s just so insanely generous and nice. That’s really sweet.”
At this point, Daniel Craig is set to reprise the James Bond role in the 25th installment in the series. Meanwhile, Charlize is starring in “Atomic Blonde,” which opens July 28th.
