Colorblind Boy Sees Colors For the First Time Ever

12 year old Jonathan Jones, a 12 year old severely colorblind boy from Minnesota, just got to see the world in living color as the TV network used to say. Or maybe Technicolor. Either way, it was thanks to a pair of special glasses. His class was learning about colorblindness when the principal, who is also severely colorblind, let him try his glasses out. Now a  GoFundMe page set up to raise $350 to buy Jones his own glasses has raised $24,000 and the family says it will donate the rest to “a foundation who purchases colorblind glasses for those who can’t afford them.” How cool is that!

Check here if you want to know more about these glasses.
