Debra Hamil, from Oklahoma, was charged with felony assaulting a police officer and misdemeanor resisting arrest after a contentious traffic stop over a faulty taillight last week. An officer's body camera recorded the grandmother yelling obscenities at him, fleeing the scene and resisting arrest before he deployed his stun gun against her.
