30-30-30 Challenge: Drink 30 Beers & Run 30 Miles In 30 Hours

"Iron Bro" Kyle Roskamp loves a challenge.  Drink 30 beers. Run 30 miles. Do it in under 30 hours. That's the goal of the 30-30-30 Challenge.

  The order in which you drink the beers and run the miles doesn't matter. Just get both done in 30 hours. What matters is not walking and not puking. Drinking a lot of Pedialite and Gatorade probably should help too.  Oh, and Ibuprophen.
