There's a weird scene in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" where Luke Skywalker gets GREEN MILK from a huge alien called a Thala-siren that kind of looks like a walrus with no teeth. And it turns out it was a HUGE pain to film it. The guy who designed the alien says director Rian Johnson wanted it to look real.
So instead of CGI, they built an 18-foot-tall, animatronic puppet flew it in by helicopter while they were shooting in Ireland and needed a half-dozen puppeteers to make it work, including two who had to climb inside the thing and work its TEATS.
Mark Hamill and Daisy Ridley were the only other people on set. And even though the milk looks disgusting in the movie, apparently it tasted pretty good.
