VOTE: Will You Watch Or Follow The LIV Golf Tour?

The Principal Charity Classic just wrapped up in Des Moines, so golf may still be top of mind for the casual fan. Today on The Morning Rush on 106.3 KXNO we talked about the new LIV Golf Tour, offering guaranteed prize money with huge purses, no cuts, and a 54 hole format instead of 72. Former PGA great Greg Norman has taken the lead as recruiter and promotor for the new four, and today landed Dustin Johnson, who resigned from the PGA Tour to play on the LIV tour.

But the rub with LIV, highlighted by a disastrous interview by Phil Mickelson earlier this year, is that the giant cash purses are funded by Saudi money. Mickelson's interview was a disaster because he said, to paraphrase, "Yeah killing a journalist (Jamal Khashoggi) is really terrible and the crown prince is a scary dude, but competition for the PGA Tour is good for golf (and me personally)".

The LIV Tour is also having a hard time getting on TV because all the major networks are in same way tied to the PGA Tour and their TV rights. SO, having said all that, we asked the question:
