Writer/director/actor Harold Ramis died at the age of 69 on Monday.

Ramis is best known as a comedy writer, director and actor.  His movies include Ghostbusters, Stripes, National Lampoon's Vacation, Groundhog Day, Analyze This, Animal House, and Caddyshack.

Ramis died from complications of of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis.  According to TMZ, he was surrounded by his family.
